Press Pass Registration Form

A limited number of media and press passes are available for the 2022 National Conference on Gambling Addiction & Responsible Gambling. We offer press passes to qualified professional journalists and analysts as a service to the industry and consumers, to add value for exhibitors and sponsors, and to help promote the event.

To obtain media credentials, you will need identification certifying that you are a working member of the news media on assignment to cover the meeting.

Attendees from publications must represent the editorial staff. Freelance writers may be asked to produce a letter of assignment or evidence of previous or current assignments from a media outlet as described above.

Any individual with a media badge who markets, sells or represents a company for the purpose of selling or promoting a product/service to or obtaining advertising/subscriptions from any registrant or exhibitor, or who violates any other stipulation for credentialing, will immediately forfeit media credentials for this and subsequent NCPG events.

General Sessions
Welcome Reception
Event Meals (when provided to paid attendees)

Out of respect to our conference attendees, members of the media are not permitted in any designated wellness space or in recovery meetings, including but not limited to Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon meetings.

NCPG reserves the right to close some portions of an event to the press, without notice.

2022 Conference Waiver

By registering for the 2022 National Conference on Gambling Addiction and Responsible Gambling, the registrant hereby waives and releases NCPG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, and insurers, from all claims, demands, action and rights, (contingent, accrued, inchoate or otherwise), which may arise out of, or in connection with, the participant’s assumption of risks by attending or participating in any or all events and/or activities engaged in by the registrant while attending the conference, whether such claim is based upon NCPG’s active or passive negligence or otherwise. In addition, the registrant agrees to defend and hold NCPG harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, losses, causes of action and suits (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of, or in any way related to, the registrant’s attendance at the above-referenced conference and/ or any activity engaged in by the registrant or their guests while attending conference events, whether such claim is based upon NCPG’s active or passive negligence or otherwise.
